La Liga leaders Barcelona take on Ligue 1 leaders Lyon in the second leg of their round of 16 Champions League tie on Wednesday evening at the Nou Camp.
The Catalan giants beat Athletic Bilbao 2-0 in their weekend league clash, and extended their lead at the top of La Liga to six points as rivals Real could only draw with Atletico Madrid.
Captain Carles Puyol was unfortunately injured in that game, which leads to some more reshuffling in the Barcelona defence. Sylvinho will take Abidal’s place on the left, while Pique and Marquez will form Barca’s central defensive pairing. Dani Alves should take up the right back spot.

Olympique Lyon lost 0-2 to Lille in the French Ligue 1 to reduce their lead to just a single point. Karim Benzema had to leave the pitch at half time, but the young forward is apparently fit to play, and is travelling with the team to Madrid.
Ghana defender John Mensah is out with a hamstring injury, and Francois Clerc is short on match fitness, having made only appearance for the senior team since August.

Lyon performed very well in the first leg at Stade Gerland, but I think Barcelona will rule at the Nou Camp in front of their own supporters.
